Production/Manufacturing Facilitator (Former Employee) – Modesto, CA – September 16, 2017
PSC is a good company to work for. There is a huge opportunity for growth. They treat their team members fairly. Hard work goes a long way in promoting yourself in their culture. The hardest part of the job is the overtime, but that is to be expected based on customers needs. Pay is a little low compared to other companies in the same business, but it is offset with the opportunity to be promoted.
Floor Worker (Former Employee) – Modesto, CA – February 23, 2018
The testing to get hired on is absolutely absurd. You would think you were applying to be a scientist or something. They are timed test that have nothing to do with the job whatsoever. It’s like, you make boxes! No need to be that complicated. Probably why the turnover rate is high. They hire people that pass the stupid test but can’t work worth a darn.
I believe this company is good for entry level workers looking to gain work experience, and for those mechanically inclined to advance.
Floor Worker (Current Employee) – Modesto, CA – January 23, 2017
This company has a strong work culture with many well pleased mechanically inclined workers and also some areas of advancement. Job security is strong for inclined workers and great for entry level workers looking to gain quality experience and work credits.
