Cable Technician (Former Employee) – Honolulu, HI – December 14, 2014
All work is emailed weekly and you'll need to map out work, prep ahead to complete a high efficient work day. We disconnect cable services and audit in house tech-workers connections. I learned preparation is key to getting more work completed. The management is great, and you'll need to be very responsible and diligent to do your work, because you are never watched or baby-sat and you get piece-paid, so If you don't work you don't get paid. The hardest part of the job is coming across cable lines with no labels, because if there is no label you can not complete the job and you won't get paid. The most enjoyable part of the job is a great boss and good pay and flexible hours, you can work as much as you want and as efficient as you want, which entails more money.
