Was not a bad place to work
Was ok if you like low pay and putting up with extreme cold and and poor manager and supervisor. Outdated equipment. I wouldn't recommend working there

Lack of accountability
I walked away from this position due to lack of accountability from the management team. Any way to save a dollar even if it meant the health of the employees.

Great atmosphere
Hard work is rewarded. You are provided the opportunity to show your worth and rewarded accordingly. Management is available to all employees as needed. Benefits are excellent. The ESOP program exceeds any other retirement program i have been involved in.

Be an Owner!
Pacific is and always will be a great place to work. You're only held back by your own reservations. With Pacific being an employee owned company, there is a sense of ownership overall, and also an expectation of ownership mentality from employees.
The work is challenging and fast paced.
