You talk to HR over the phone and then get a phone interview with management. Went in for face to face and the manager was very easy to talk to.

I currently get 21 paid days off a year. In the past that worked but they recently change it that you need to have that time accrued. That creates a scheduling problem with too many employees.

It's alright. Since the payment for new deposits became more prevalent, the environment became much more competitive and cutthroat
