Executive team totally blind to what's really going on in field with teams and 8 years after launch its getting worse. in last 6 months there have been massive departures in sales and medical affairs not to mention the CMO, COO, VPMA and a restructuring for the 3rd time in 4 years. Only constant is COO, VP Legal and CSO....
Its about time for change - more ... at that top not to mention stock has fallen almost 75% in 3 years. How much can the leadership team continue to blame commercial forces? Isn't it about time for restructuring at top? Not to mention that latest FDA application got negative r ... - less

The pay and people that work here are good but the management leaves a lot to be desired. People work long hours and not much appreciated. Management practices preferential treatment. Still working here (Oct 2017), but looking to get out. The company is going through financial difficulties and has a bad reputation. I don't recommend working here - more ... unless you are out of work and this is your only choice. - less
