Quit taking advantage of the people and pay an honest wage. Paying low wages to individuals while the upper management and owners live like KINGS on the back of people that have no other options but to take the abuse and low pay. SCUM
Pay workers 12.00 and hr to start. Maybe it would help keep good workers. Make sure to give a break. 5/6 hours is a long time to work w/o a break. Have a attendance bonus. And make sure to hire 50/50 English vs Spanish workers.
