Pay workers 12.00 and hr to start. Maybe it would help keep good workers. Make sure to give a break. 5/6 hours is a long time to work w/o a break. Have a attendance bonus. And make sure to hire 50/50 English vs Spanish workers.

After 90 days give my best employee's a 1 dollars raise then after 1 year give them a 75 cents raise 2 times a year.

I'd have the supervisors ,entire laundry area, cafeteria, hygeine training, communication, and the proper training methods overhauled!!!!
