If the Site Supervisor is well versed and knows how to treat others with respect, this can be a great place to work. When the main office receives a complaint, investigate. Don't just throw it to the wind, when multiple complaints and the loss of employees due to the site manager who thinks he wouldn't lose his job as he bullied others, belittled with names as they were out of hearing distance, called myself uncalled-for names in front of others when I wouldn't submit to what he wanted. I only got this position due to his hopes of being with me. What a pathetic way to hire someone. I have not at this point pursued these issues although documented, but in WCH., I would not advise anyone who valued their self-esteem to venture to this facility pursing employment. Some great people work here and actually should be up higher than they are and received more credit and respect than they actually received.

They need to visit the plant in Marshalltown Iowa. Train s supervisors on harassment and bullying. The harassment, bullying and physical abuse of a certain employee done by one of the supervisors and certain co- worker needs to stop!! They think it's funny and laugh about it. It's illegal !!! Just like the guy doing the abuse!!!
