Working at pssi is ok. But I was told that we don't get paid for taking paternity leave. How is this going to help my family if I take two weeks off with no pay for baby bonding. So it leaves me no choice but to go to work while my wife is hurting and weak and barely manage to feed our newborn. Plus two other kids we have at home. So where are the benefits for that?
