The worst. I had to ASM’s fall asleep driving home from work in the same week. My DM couldn’t care less, except for the deadline. HR was also no help. I personally worked 38 hours in two and a half days, only to come back that half day and close the store.
Your hours will vary every single week due to the fact that the store is going under and not profiting nearly as much as it should be. Therefore, the stores cannot afford to give any associates more than ten hours a week.

Not good. They give little hours to work with not being able to give sales associates good hours.

Great for management, poor for associates. Management generally works 25-50 hours a week while associates are generally only provided 3-12 hours a week.

As a sales associate, you lack hours. Although, as you are promoted, you gain hours to your liking.
