What is the vacation policy like at PAE? How many vacation days do you get per year?
Vacation Benefits will vary depending on the PAE contract for overseas employment. Corporate employee vacations will depend on the length of employment. New employees will received two weeks of Paid time Off.
The most common stress working there is that a GOW OR FC can not make mistakes because of PIRS that are written up by DHS.
Employees under the PAE contractors don't get a raise. It stays the same and the cost of living goes up. There is no Union and Management gets away with too much. Dead end job. Get out while you can.
Dont merge teams it was really unnecessary and now we are stuck with supervisors and leads who dont even know our process. Not to mention supervisors cant supervise us at all. There are too many of us for only 2 people. We can never find them or get ahold of them and they generally cant help anyways.

As a Corporate employee and Recruiter for PAE for over 11 years, I have been very satisfied with the PAE basic benefits(Health, Vision, Dental) coverage that I have received. Other PAE benefits to include: Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays have also been more than adequate given the length of my employment with PAE.
