Regarding the Orogrande, NM location, my resume and work history was completely picked apart. The first red flag was, having to drive 2 hours to their office and having to wait another 45 minutes to be called into the conference room, one of my first questions was if they compensated for the travel, they tell me "your pay is your compensation" what a joke. Anyway, I was scheduled for an interview at the same time as a previous employee, and who you think goes in first? He did. They pretty much gave him the job back right on the spot and wasted my time. When I was finally called into the room, not only is there 1 interviewer, there's a whole freaking panel of judges, 5 in total! They told me that because I've only done contract positions that they don't believe i have solid work history, and that the TEMP position I was originally applying for, wasn't purely aircraft maintenance related. They asked if i wanted to obtain my CDL, if i could work on generators, warehouses, parts room.. the list goes on! 4 hours later, they tell me that they're only interested in people that're looking for temp employment and, best of luck! Can't think of a better way to waste 5 hours of my life..
What would you do make the work place comfortable
