PTCOA is continuing to grow. In 2018, we opened 4 clinics throughout Arkansas (Searcy, Hot Springs, Jonesboro) and one in Texas (Round Rock). We have goals of opening up more locations throughout Arkansas in 2019.

Most employees are required to wear black scrubs. Administrative staff is required to wear business casual (no jeans Monday through Thursday).

It depends on the position. Most clinical employees work Monday-Thursday 7am to 5pm. Some work Friday mornings depending on the position and location the employee works.

We offer our full-time employees the following benefits on the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period: health, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance. The health, dental and vision benefits offer comprehensive coverage at very competitive rates. The life and long-term disability policies, which are 100% employer-paid, are available at no cost to all full-time employees. In addition, we offer employees a variety of voluntary supplemental benefits during our annual open enrollment period, which will next occur typically in the fall. PTCOA employees are also eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan following the completion of one year of employment.
