Looks may be decieving

The main manager is very shady. When we have big party's the 18% tip is included, the bar and waitstaff get max 17% (varies to what the mgmt wants to give you). Even after palazzio has gotten their cut, they skim off the top of their employees. Also any bar tips made must be split by however many ppl worked that party, not based on actual performance. Awful place to work

Poor management, always talking bad about their customers and employees. Poorly ran no discipline, managers sexually harassing employees.no benifits, no PTO. Not to mention is just a say dying dead end restraunt. Never followed proper hand washing or sanitizing, the manager didn't even know how often you should change sanitizer water.....

Excellent work environment. Great Co-workers. Fun place to work because customers are there to have fun playing Bocce. You work hard during the holiday season for corporate parties.

Good

Love working here. Employees are great. No high school drama. Very relaxed environment. Staff is awesome. Owner is great. Food is great. I would recommend them for future employees

Horrible Bosses the movie, but in real life.

I hated this job. I worked with all of my friends, yet was miserable. The bosses were awful people except for one. One is a total creep and should be arrested for harassment. Another is an enabler of the creep and is an awful person to work for. There's one who is too awkward to tell people when they can leave after they've been told they could get off within the next 30 minutes and it's been two ...
