A typical day at work would start by going in early organizing myself, my things to do list which is constantly modified throughout the day, prioritiez my tasks, phones rings, emails flow from sales reps and regional manager, Vice President, his business clients, I make sure VPs calendar is perfect and up to date, screen his calls, check VPs emails respond to most Emails, book his car, order his lunch, prepare presentation for meetings, create customized reports as requested by VP using Cognos system, make sure reports binders and all food is ordered for the next meeting, make sure travel is confirmed, hotel is booked and car is reserved for the day or week. Everyday at work is extremely busy and before I know it is time to go but I stay a little late to organize myself for the next day.
it was a little far from home
