IT department is toxic to say the least if you work on site at a hospital. Employees from the primary location will view you as a lesser being. The "One moment, One Person, One Love" is never upheld in most departments, it is for sure not in the IT department.

I have worked full time for PH for about 18 years. Sometimes things are good, but the last 3 years morale is down, it is so bad that I am looking for another job. They have been trying to achieve Magnet status, but bc nurses are leaving in droves that travelers are used everywhere. I am very concerned about the future.
