Raises, the employees may not get them but you should direct this question straight to administration b/c I bet there wallets aren't hurting. When this next company comes in, I hope that they start with admin. and do a shake up so that hospital can really get back on it's feet.
Longevity 5+ years if you work under the PH Hospital. Not a chance under the Medical Group
None. They say it's not in the budget. It's been almost 2 yrs.
None its been 2 yrs..
Rarely, we have not had a pay raise in 3 years.
About once every 5 years- no joke! Last year they blamed it on patient satisfaction scores. So no employees received a raise because of the ERs scores. They work their behinds off in there with very little appreciation from anyone. Remember this is the Easley hospital, not Columbia.

I've been with the company for 2 years. Still living paycheck to paycheck while still making 10.00/hr.
