Raises, the employees may not get them but you should direct this question straight to administration b/c I bet there wallets aren't hurting. When this next company comes in, I hope that they start with admin. and do a shake up so that hospital can really get back on it's feet.

Longevity 5+ years if you work under the PH Hospital. Not a chance under the Medical Group

Rarely, we have not had a pay raise in 3 years.

About once every 5 years- no joke! Last year they blamed it on patient satisfaction scores. So no employees received a raise because of the ERs scores. They work their behinds off in there with very little appreciation from anyone. Remember this is the Easley hospital, not Columbia.
