I think that all of the Palmetto Health Hospitals from Columbia all the way to Tuomey need to have a do over. Clean out starting with administration and don't stop until you get to the department heads and I mean the charge nurses too. All they look out for is themselves. If your thinking about employment there save yourself some time and go to McLeod!
Enforce HIPAA compliance. There is a lot violations that occur daily and are ignored by staff. An audit of this company will prove disastrous.

You need to do a cleanout as painful as it may be..get rid of managers who think they are invincible and can create clicks which is deadly within a department..because it destroys quality people..in fact I would think a click is a bully type mentality and discriminatory..theres no room for it..period. Talk to past employees of HH outcomes dept.
