Perhaps hire actual licensed medical professionals to be office managers and the ones over the nurses and other staff, not ex-cosmetologists. Be professional when receiving emails from staff, and act accordingly per “chain of command”, not forward the email to the person it was regarding. Honestly take a day to walk in a nurses shoes, or a receptionist, or lab tech, literally anyone who doesn’t sit behind a desk and bark orders. BE PRESENT! Be a fly on the wall and actually find it what is going on in your offices, find out from staff or even patients, not managers! Or consider cleaning house and starting from square one. Palms needs a serious change.
Listen to your employees when they e-mail you about concerns in the company that are obviously not being handled by coordinators and regional managers . Come more often to show your face to your employees would have been nice only met her once out of the year that i was there and that was at orientation. Company suppose to be a non profit organization but ceo makes 263k a year the least could do is reach out to your employees.
Get new management, stop promoting coordinators and regional managers that are illiterate. Maybe require some education? That would be a good start!
Met her one time. Seemed miserable and money hungry.
