I think that good management skills are required. I think looking out for the supporting staff in good quality to have and never underestimate a disgruntled employee. The salaries can be better and paid rider for a parent who wants their kid on board

How would I make it a better place? I would start with new management, and better pay for the support staff. Listen to my staff before I'd cast judgment on them because they're important to my business. Never leave anyone out even if they are at the bottom of the payroll. Disgruntled employees are never good for business.

With being a substitute I make my own schedule. If I am scheduled to work and I need the day off they are willing to remove me from the schedule.
