No more favoritism for promotions . they say you can apply to another job until you've been there 6 months which is wrong I've seen people after two months get promoted

Less hours most people leave becouse they cant do the hours becouse its like your always at work one or two days of work feels like 4 days for the amount of time spent at the factory

Insert an ethics control officer position. Provide help for overworked employees who are dealing with stressful deadlines and work issues. Quickly remove Japanese technical assistance whenever possible and hand over the reigns to competent local workforce. Safety department needs to be more proactive instead of just pointing issues out and taking pictures of them. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
