The company has a great culture and definitely opportunities to grow up to area coach of operations. Leadership will work side by side to achie goals.

It’s an alright place to work, but their training is awful. Managers are usually too busy to train people properly and new people are often thrown right into the fire after a quick 10 min run down. Pay was decent but sometimes felt sub-par for the amount of stress and constant multi-tasking. You will often be doing dishes and cooking or taking orders while making the orders. Fairly strict rules with clean shave requirements.

I liked working at panda. Lots of room for growth as long as you were consistent. You were also given the opportunity to do both customer service and cook.

There is no pros to working at panda only cons. Management is horrible and their boss is even worse. They treat you like garbage and expect you to give them your all.
