It is challenging but isn’t life? You grow as a person and with the company. Yes it gets stressful but what job doesn’t? Upper management is not about doing better it is BEING the best in people development. To be honest this job made a big impact on my life. I love how there is no consensus. Panda's policies change all the time, depending on the manager. I've asked every manager about hair color and they say it either doesn't matter, or that they assume it would be natural but they aren't sure. We had a girl with bright red hair and nobody said anything. Your hair is completely covered, why would it matter?
