What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Panda Restaurant Group?
Had a technical support interview. It was ok but it was just tiring and I got a deny email saying I did not right fit. Sigh..
For such a entry level job I wasn't expected this many interviews.

HR Manager Interview in Office
then it was to the Technical Support Team Interview, for a temp job, couldnt get an interview with the VP.
then it would get you another interview with the VP President
and if you want to get a full time job, you will be interviewing with either of the CEO.
So total of 4-5 interviews for a entry level job.
Their culture is really important....
I was asked why did I want to become apart of their team and how would I be able to maintain school and work. I was asked how would I like being a counter help or a cook with job description
I just got back from my third interview with panda and they still haven’t told me if I’m hired or not. Is this a normal thing?
There are occasionally different things going on depending on where you are, management for me was clear and easy to go through but you need to ask them directly if you'll be able to start working soon or not.
In an interview? Does the assistant manager and the GM interview together or seperate?
They interviewed separately but both were very thorough interviews which really rated very highly on how much you understoond the morals of the company.
How long does it take after the first interview for the manager to reply back and tell you that you got a second interview with the general manager in the area? Or will they just not respond if you don’t receive the second interview?
I had on online interview and he told me that same call that i had a second interview with his manager, so id be expecting a text or call. Few minutes later, the manager texted me and set up a second interview the next day.
