What advice would you give the CEO of Panda Restaurant Group about how to improve it?

Less people in the front of the house, at least 3 people In the back at all times at my location there was only 2 all the time if there was a third person your store would be in perfect condition and meet your standards easily. We would have time for detailing the store and make sure everything is always in mint condition.

She is doing everything great

Take the time and give a little more incentive so that your employees have more fun at work

HIRE management that are professional and FAIR. The SAN SAN VALLEY AZ store has poor management with very little skills and lacks hiring people with experience and knowledge of store. She hires young kids who do not care about customers or food quality. They are very unprofessional.

Nothing it’s purrfect

As an ex worker from Panda I can say . My advice would be don't take anything personal , just because they don't like an associate even they know is a good and hard worker and they cut hours , give attitude I use what ever excuse they can to fire someone . That is so unprofessional and ugh. Not cool.

Learn how to hire good people instead of liars and ignorant people that only care about themselves . Promote people who deserve it and stop kicking the good employees to the side

Enforce management to properly manage the store and associates.

Select better managers who are willing to work and monitor employees on the weekends.

They don't improve it. It only get worse cat even keep a manager for 2 weeks.
