the store manager was total garbage and she treated her employees like they were merchandise and had little to no respect for them. she has a real lack in character which for a business isn't helpful. Be an example that you want your employees to follow,

Some days are very slow. Around the holidays it tends to get busy. Management is not organized. The workplace culture is alright depending who is working. The hardest part of the job is to negotiate with difficult customers. The most enjoyable part of the job is when i am able to satisfy a customers needs and they leave the store happy.

A typical day is full of laughs and most of the time slow (except for holidays and events). At Pandora i learned that you have to understand the customers needs and wants and not to go against them. The management at Pandora is ok.

Good place to work everyone is respectful and is able to work with one another to help each other out. Absolutely learned about customer service and how to improve my way to approach a person when needing help.

I would welcome the customers in the store,give them all the attention. I would make suggestions on what jewelry looks best and also teach them how to design and take care of the jewelry.

long and sometimes slow except holidays, Learned how to interact with customers and making sales, management was a bit tuff but knew how to keep sales associate from being bored, coworkers some of them were friendly and some had plenty attitude, the hardest part of the job is meeting the sale quotas for the day, most enjoyable was interacting with customers and helping them choose a charm
