The typical workday consists of making sale quotas provided by our corporate leaders. Throughout my time at Pandora, I have learned to take on leadership roles and how to organize and prepare for the day with the team members. Since becoming one of the keyholders at this establishment, I am accountable for what my team does and answer to their questions along with customer requests. The environment at work is professional with a hint of playful banter, but the work gets done quickly.
The hardest part of the job would be the pressure of meeting goals each month, especially during the holidays. It can become tense and very upsetting, but you do become stronger working together. I enjoy the people I worked with and the customers I have made connections with. Charms tend to tell a story, and one tends to hear many of them when connecting with what to purchase. It is a hard job, but I see the rewards to be wonderful enough to overcome it.
