Some days are very motivating, especially when you're able to make your goal. You can easily make big sales without even trying. Uniform is required at all times, you get discounts on jewelry as long as there are no promotions. Store gets extremely busy especially for the holidays so sometimes you might miss your break and get blamed for it, some customers can be extremely annoying and a handful. DM is overwhelming.
Coworkers are great for the most part, discounts, commission, incentives
They will take advantage of you, say they will work with your hours and they don't, whenever there's an issue nothing gets fixed, lack of communication, no room for growth, they always mess up on your paychecks, commission isn't worth much
