Fun fast moving work environment
Good job to learn customer service and team building skills. Great leadership from management and flexible working hours and with staff willing to learn.

I wouldn't go back there but I had fun while working there. Management always has their favorites. They do not give you a very good discount on a meal, when you are working.
Assistant Manager in Burnsville, MN

Overall not bad. Have to work a lot of weekends and nights. The pay is fair but not great. Vacation time is the same as everyone around. Would recommend

If you're good at multitasking the job is rewarding. You have to be self efficient and self reliable. Long training period to make sure that you have enough time to learn the trade.

I started at Panera in 2018 back then the company was okay. Now my store has been going through many changes. The managers are usually okay but lately most people who are brought In know nothing of how to do their job. Training at my location is next to nonexistent. I started as a driver and was told I would be trained in other positions. I was put in these positions but maybe had an hour of training and was expected to know everything. On top of that pay increases are supposed to be regular but there are people at my Cafe who have been told that they will be getting raises before i started and never did. My main gripe with this company is that there are solid employees who give 110% of themselves to the job but the moment they leave the company has no one to take their place. This is two fold. 1 because they don't take the time to train anyone. And 2 if you are good at your job they use you as a crutch to help elevate the team. There are days we're if you have it off they expect you to drop everything and come in. The on pain positive over there are the workers. As a team I have no gripes woth my coworkers we all did try and help each other out.
