I would follow customers exact order and have it the way they deserve it better customer feedback then have customers drop
I would lead by example and make all my employees feel important and make them want to come to work.
Listen to employee complaints about one particular manager that spies and treats people like with no respect. Does not help during closing sits on cellphone instead.
We need to have (2) night bakers at the stores!! Some baked are LARGE for one person and often mistakes are being made due to rushing to get done in time for associates to need. And for security purposes. It's not safe for one person to be there alone. I also think with having (2) bakers at each store that always allows for call off coverage. You stil have another familiar Baker that's there. Instead of having the (3) "helper" that have. Helpers have limited knowledge and where we're grateful for that, help they have such limited things they can do. Helpers can help the Baker at times or slow them due to the time it takes them to complete the task that they can do. We may not always be in such desperate need for bakers if we had (2) bakers at each store...LESS STRESS...LESS WALK OFFS.....BAKES BEING COMPLETED SO THE BAKERS ARE LEAVING BY 6/6:30 versus sometimes 8am trying to do cleanup, while associates are in there and now everyone is in everyone's way and frustrations build!!
Closing managers DO NOT always make sure doors are locked when they leave!! Associates need to understand how busy the bakers are at night and we're not just "standing around watching an oven" we stay busy!! Its frustrating to come into a bigger bake and have to move people's drinks or food off our Baker tables or run around and look for the Baker tools that day shift takes and doesnt put back. That takes time away from our times we need to be starting to pull for bakes! Some stores associates are so rude to the Bakers it's just about ridiculous! STEP IT UP PANERA!!!
I would not let them treat the customers the way they did i would make the people who worked for me have respect but also treat someone how u want to be treated.
