They ask you about your resume pretty much. The only non-resume related questions were whether or not you liked to cook and what you cook. If you’re a first time highschool worker they will ask about school activities and why have a panera be your first job.

Tell me about yourself, have you ever had 2 priorities conflict each other, questions about your future and goals, name a time when you had good customer service, where do you see yourself in the next year.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Professional but casual. For a women a simple dress shirt, pants and flats. For a male simple shirt could be a polo, button down, pants and shoes of your choice. It's a pretty relaxed place so as long as your presentable you will be OK.
