Im only getting 8-12 hours per week. I think Im a very good worker and doing a good job. I want to be part time around 20-25 hours though ..not sure whats going on ..now I am wondering if I am not liked or a lousy worker? a few of the people there are super abrasive and a few that are super nice so I cant get a read on anything. its very fast paced , they want 3 minute ticket times and its hard to do sometimes when you get 10+ items to make at once.

I worked in Madison & Huntsville AL stores. My shift started at 9 am and I was done between 3:30-4:30 pm.

At the location I work at, we offer the delivery service. The first shift runs from 10:30 am to either 1:30-2:30 in the afternoon. That’s when our lunch rush hits. Dinner rush is between 5 and 7:30, sometimes 8. I’ve worked a whole day delivery shift and come out with a decent amount of money. Tuesday and Thursday are our busiest delivery days I have noticed. I flex drive so don’t actually deliver as much as you think, but as i stated before, i have worked full shifts as just a delivery driver.

Not really. My 2 interview(s), I was asked a "hypothetical" PREFERRED, perfect schedule. Told them "Mothers hours, (10/11Am -4 or 5pm). My preference was never much guaranteed", but as newer associate, I had to take whatever was given (many nights, "closing" included, meanung Panera "closed" at 10pm- I'm forced to stay til 12A-1:30AM(!!) to "finish vacuuming, mopping ENTIRE RESTAURANT, + 99 other tasks never trained for! (Was guaranteed mom hours at interviews! Lied to- would NEVWR had accepted job min. Wage

I have been given 4 hours a week. I am still in training and this is my 4th week. I am not sure what is going on, because I was assured that my open availability would give me hours. $100/month is not working for me and I am being forced to look for second job.
