Speaking with customers daily and routing techs to calls and re routing if customer is not home or cancels or reschedules. I have leaned that when customers get upset its business not personal. The hardest part of my job is if a guy sells on his job and we have other calls on the board. I really enjoy speaking with customers.

Conshard to take lunch and always busy.
