Great employees and facilities ridiculous workload
Honestly I can't recommend working at Panopto. The office is fun, the people are great, the product is awesome. The workloads are ridiculous.
If you take a position at Panopto plan to have an active queue of 85+ tickets. Not uncommon for support folks to have 100-120+ tickets. May not sound like much until you realize that those are all ACTIVE - more...
Ping Pong table, pool table, free drinks and snacks, work from home, no micromanagement, org is open to hearing solutions to internal and external problems
Heavy workload, reward for reducing your workload is more work, Upper management not terribly transparent (although they think they are)
