CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – July 19, 2018
The Panther Group is a pretty good contractor group the recruiters work well with the the contractors and Maximus is the company I work for which is very good with providing the training classes. There is room for advancing and plenty of skill sets to learn. I love my job just the pay I feel is a little off. I log in at 8:30 and I work untill 5:00 unless I stay for overtime. I get 2 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch break. The hardest part of my job is dealing with people who are abusive on the phone but I do my best to assist the customers to the best of ability.
Training demanding but focused on excellent retention of material; very supportive in customer service training.

Excellent but also demanding, regimental approach. Learned how to manage various computer systems and phone etiquette very well. Learned alot about health insurance options. Hardest part is strict lunch and break times. Most enjoyable - felt that accomplished something very important to peoples lives.

I had a great experience with the Panther Group. The position they hired me for was great, as well. The company and supervisors were really good to work with. Also, my agent was always helpful, as well. I wouldn't mind working with them in the future.
There was a snow storm and they bought lunch for us. Very thoughtful.
