Generous pay and expert owner in the industry

Brooks is the owner and is an expert about products. Sales needs leadership but I was very happy there overall. Generous compensation by the owner. The warehouse production team was exceptional. Many had been there for a decade or more. Most tried very hard to do their best. Just wanted a thank you for their work. Met many great people here.

Stable job

Employees are treated well. Great retirement program. Easy work that is enjoyable. Not much ot though. Insurance is ok but could be better. Management treats employees like they are valued

Not for the young

This place is as archaic as they come. No phones. Short breaks. No diversity. A ton of petty little rules that are strictly enforced. And a ton of old grumpy lifers that can’t wait for the next opportunity to snitch on someone for any little thing. The pay was decent though.
