I worked at Papyrus for a few years during college, and it was a great place to learn customer service, business, marketing and interpersonal skills. I highly recommend it!

great work place

loved working there was my first job i was a teenager ,the training was easy the job was fun the staff was amazing , the store shut down so i was sad i couldn't continue to work for the company.

Great 👍🏼 company to work for

Great company to work for and the products are super cute. Great training program and very supportive by corporate levels! Customer service is a high priority and it shows. Customers are overall satisfied!

Grossly underpaid with unrealistic expectations

SRG Retail is ridden with poor upper-level management, compensation, and severe mistreatment and disrespect!!! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!

Work Hard No Pay

Employee given nice the title of "Supervisor Associate" that carries no weight nor an hourly rate to match it. Perform everything Store Manager does with the exception the corporate paperwork as stated with prior reviews for Papyrus.(Papyrus Recycle Greetings). If you're an individual who has the initiative and does not require a whole lot of supervision then it's the job for you. No advancement opportunities. Also, depending on location, customers tend towards being entitled; that's a key skill requirement to cater to the entitled. HIres poor managers. The bottom line is important; so sell sell sell. Does not give back to the community.
