Pay employees more to do a Zone Managers job, that all cashiers are required to do. And care a little more of your cashiers not to put management closing functions on them. Along with thier other duties is way too much. Give more than 15 an 30minute breaks for working 10hrs or more while waiting for the last plane leaving to close one of your stores. Get real Zone Managers people who really know what management is and make sure they know what in the employee handbook and not make up the rules as you go

Care about your employees and not just having their body manage your store. The company is always boasting about how successful and profitable it is but it's the employees in store that make that happen! If you have a good, reliable and dedicated employee, reward them with more than a 2% raise on top of an already low $10 an hour salary. If I had been appreciated, valued and paid appropriately, I would most certainly still be working there today.

If you would take care of the employees and appreciate what they do they will take care of the customers. Don't just demand all the time and give nothing in return.
