Respect your employees equally. Favoritism should not be allowed. Remember they will work with you to make the company grow. Lack of respect will have the opposite effect! Don't overwork the employees just because there is lack of good management. You can't get blood out of a stone. Family life should be considered a priority as well. Treat the employess as family.

I left because you run the place like a sweat shop. That's why you have the highest turnover in the Metro Phoenix area. Safety is NOT a priority. You have workers degreasing parts in a solvent tank. All I did was for a fresh pair of latex gloves and the lead got mad. Total Jerk ! All of the people I spoke to absolutely hated working there. You can ask just about ANY machinist about Smith West/Paradigm and they will not say anything nice. Middle management sucks ! The whole town knows it.
