Lots of oldtimers work there, they are not ready for a young and new diverse group to move forward.
Quality Manager (Former Employee) –  MaldenSeptember 16, 2018
Great pay, some great people. Not willing to move forward into the 21st century. Old machinery, and old philosophy. Over all the company lacks communication and leadership. Not willing to change to accommodate todays manufacturing practices. Politics play a roll.
Pros
Decent pay, some recognition to employees. Training program available.
Cons
No communication or leadership. No team atmosphere.

Production
Machinist (Former Employee) –  Peabody, MAMarch 16, 2018
Ran seal tooth rings for Jet Engines. When possible was instructed to run Parpas machine.
Our supervisor was not qualified to run manufacturing. He showed favorites to people he liked.
The work place culture was slow, envious and jealous.
Hardest part of this place is trying to get training on other machines.
Most enjoyable part was long runs on parts.
Pros
None
Cons
Health care was outrageous and no bonuses

High Turnover
Supplier Quality Representative (Former Employee) –  Stuart, FLApril 27, 2017
The company has a very high turnover, because they have no process control they have a fast paced culture slow in the morning by afternoon the pace get very hectic to deliver to schedule. No chain of command in the management of the production line or the facility.
Pros
picnics and BBQ's
Cons
No advancement. They blame the employee's with no justification

Good pay, but majority of sites struggling to meet customer schedules and internal financial numbers
Contracts and Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Peabody, MAMay 15, 2016
Pay is good, some strong unique aerospace manufacturing core competencies, competitive pricing as a supplier, but as a privately owned company where majority of the sites are struggling, the investors are concerned.

Don't do it
Program Executive (Former Employee) –  StuartApril 16, 2015
Management lacks integrity: Ask, Listen and Respond is simply a ploy to avert a Union action. It is not a true culture.

I was offered a role and relocated. The role was never put into place and after countless efforts to address this issue and find a new role I was terminated for "elimination of position". This was an "economic" decision that is in direct contradiction to the companies growth policy in Stuart.

Not a place you want to work!
Pros
It is in FL
Cons
Management, direction, integrity, vision, Ceo, Vp ops, Hr

Poor Management
Management (Current Employee) –  Manchester, CTMay 14, 2014
The company has changed hands 5 times in 15 years and struggles to turn a profit, hence the constant for sale sign. One of the all time GM's that drove the place into the ground is now back as a VP with corporate. Needless to say, nothing has changed.
The culture is horrible, with no aspirations of a work balance. Constant poor quality necessitates an entire team to fill out customer quality notification forms.
Pros
Not much here. Some good people, but constant monitoring eliminates any relationships.
Cons
Mandatory long hours, beat up sessions, unrealistic goals, GM is a one man band.

Great Enviroment - Successful Company that will continue to grow!
Special Process Engineer/Quality Engineer (Former Employee) –  Tempe, AZMay 20, 2012
I've worked at Paradigm Precision when it was Smith West as well as Paradigm Precision. The managment staff has not changed since the Smith West days. The managment team (Director of Ops & Plant Manager) have years of experience at the facility and know the product extremly well.

PPH is a great place to work! Quality and financial gain are part of the culture at PPH. PPH is one of most enjoyable work places I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of.

I would recomend PPH to anyone that has the tallent and ethic to succeed in an enviorment such as PPH fosters.
Pros
pph has a family feel, while maintaining professionalism.
Cons
small company; not a lot of room for advancment.
