Do not expect to be compensated for the amount of work and knowledge you possess as there is lot of preference. Dedication means nothing. You're expendable. Fast paced, stressful. Do not properly train new hires and expect no mistakes. The job itself keeps your mind active and sharp but not worth it when people doing the minimum are getting paid more than the experienced workers going above and beyond. Lots of people leaving due to unfair wages. I could go on.
Manager, Final Resolution Dept in San Antonio, TX

The company originally started as an arbitrator-oriented company, however, they hired a new company that organized and controlled insurance claims. This involved setting up re-payment plans, finding people who owed money from car accidents, placing insurance claims, setting up bodily injury claims, etc. This produced in excess of $1 million for the company within a year. A satellite company was set up in San Antonio (parent company located in California) when this manager moved to San Antonio. I was hired to locate people associated with accident claims. Within a couple of months, that job was transferred back to California as I was given a new managerial position. When my manager took a position at USAA, our San Antonio location was closed.
