Parallon, on the surface promotes open and honest communication with regard to the hiring process. However, my particular operation was sold to a third party and I was transitioned over to the new company. One year later, I began to apply for new positions in order to return to Parallon. This is when the obvious "blacklist" of former employees begins. When your application is labled as "not under consideration" within two days of submission, this implies that the hiring manager bases their decision on name recognition only. I would not recommend Parallon as a long term place of employment for anyone that values open and honest communication.
Ashamed. I would never recommend anyone to come here.
