I would ask that the CEO review the applications of former employees who are interested in returning to Parallon, without simply discarding them based on heresay and instead consider the applicants background and skills. When I make the effort to apply for a position and provide an open and honest assessment of my skills, I would expect the same ethical consideration of my application.
Train managers and leads on how to resolve conflict, avoid gossip, and not believe eveything they are told by their team members. Verify mistakes before telling someone "you did it wrong" in front of co-worker. Each and everyday I am shocked at the HIPAA violations I see done. Managers and leads should never discuss (gossip) about other employees in front of others, especially when it involves job performance. When I went to discuss these things and I ended being talked down to and even was made fun of. I love the job I do and have been employed for a little under 2 years. I have never experienced such "nonsense" in the work enviroment. Thanks for listening.
Listen to the people who are helping make the company the name it is.

Teach management to support their staff, not hurt them. Worst place I have ever worked in my life.
Listening to the people who work in the ER more for ideas since they do most of the work.
