Great team, feels a little distant from corporate

The company has great systems in place. Your management comes from your branch. If you need help from corporate you don't really have a lot of connection with them.

Below Average

Nice people but company is poorly arranged and there is an us versus them attitude. Every other company is dumb or going out of business but PRMG is so so smart.

Great people, rough market, pay based on performance.

In the HECM division management liked to micro manage. In other departments (which i later came back to down the road) i had a much better experience.

Nothing good

All the reviews you read online are fake and misleading. They force the employees to rate them 5 stars and vote. Nothing good about the company. Worked to the bones. No raises,no bonuses. No advancement or room for growth. Company culture is to worship senior management. No 401k match but yet they tout 401k as a "benefit". Expensive healthcare.

Management is excellent, from Corporate Office to my local branch.The level of support is overwhelming.I learned that teamwork really works.Excellent team work enviroment.If you are commision worker you can setup your own schedule or even work from home.Inexhaustible sources of learning.
