Hire staff that really love what they do. Get rid of the staff that do not take the time with the residents. Families that work in the same place have favoritisms over their family member and it is not fair for other employees.

Replace certain management, abolish staff favoritism, schedule/hire more resident care aides, enforce no call no show rules, rid facility of all staff who repeatedly call off. Prevent nurses from covering more than one floor. Implement a better quality food menu. Have more activities and outings especially in the evenings and on weekends for residents. A maintenance team member needs to be in the building in the evenings and on weekends.

Need some decent management that will not turn everything around to be the other employee fault despite the fact that it’s just poor staffing and lack of any management

Family cliques need to stop! I belive it’s called NEPOTISM. Way too much favoritism with certain people. Family of management get away with MANY questionable things.
