Culture has changed, retention used to be more important. Members used to be more important. Still love the people I work with, but they keep leaving. More and more new faces all the time, while the familiar ones go off somewhere else. Was originally about opportunities to grow and progress, but so many positions are filled externally leaving internal - more... members stuck in the same spot with no chance of moving without jumping to another company. - less
ProsFree lunches on Saturdays if you work, Sundays off, benefits start right away upon hire
ConsInsurance went up over 28% in two years with zero compensation and went to a less reputable provider, started slowly doing away with events that show member appreciation not long ago
