Favoritism depending on if you are sneaky and conniving trying to get recognition, even that could be used against you by management for their benefit. No loyalty, no real advancement, and no trust. If you like drama this is a place for you.

Toxic Environment

There is a lot of turn over, trigger reaction blaming, and poor communication. There is also an atmosphere of distrust. The buildings are the pretty veneer housing a lot of toxic energy.

Very productive facility

I enjoy being employed at Park Springs. I’ve been supported in every aspect this far with whatever needs I have to have a more positive and productive work day. Some areas of the facility are a little outdated and could use some ‘loving touchups’; but overall, enjoyable workplace. What YOU put out is what you receive.

The property is beautiful!

Really bad management here! I worked here for 2yrs and NEVER got a raise even when going above and beyond the job I was hired for. Exceeded expectations every year I was there and was still treated poorly! RUN!! Definitely will find a better less prejudice environment elsewhere.
