Hair collection for drug screen (takes 2 weeks) , they show you the inside of the plant, they ask you simple questions like a normal interview , and they do a background check , be ready to have your GED or equivalent because they check on all that , they are very serious with that.
I did not interview when hired. I was hired after proving my abilities through a temporary work assignment. However, I did occasionally bid internally and Parker had a decent internal job board and application process.
