Parker and Lynch Accounts Payable Clerk Review

Don't return calls

I had submitted many times my resume and email to the recruiter and never heard back. I get emails of job openings that have and when I try to apply I never heard anything back! A waste of my time to register with them when they have so many positions that I qualify for

Pros

Bad management

Cons

Stay away from this company

Amazing place to work

Great company, best compensation and commission plan in the industry. Starting to require vaccination although 100% remote. Not so good but still great place to be

Lots of Politics with Poor Senior Management

Politics come into play heavily here. People who have been there for ages and have the relationships are very unwilling to help new hires with getting their business off the ground. The MD of the NY Branch is difficult to work for as she has a toxic personality which she spreads to her favorites. The Senior Manager role has had several people in it and they have not lasted long. This is because they have no support, training or buy in and their efforts are steam rolled by industry old timers. The last person in this role was fired in February of 2020 after starting in May of 2019. From the get go he had no buy in and was basically set up to fail. After a few months of having a permanent desk recruiter try her hand at this role they have set out on a new search. Stay away from this company-especially this branch!
