Jail Health is very unorganized
Written by Registered Nurse (Current Employee) from Dallas, TX on May 21, 2018
Jail health as a program is very important to Dallas County corrections. The program is not as organized as it can be, too many people slip through the admission process to the jail where many conditions are not identified or treated before arriving on the floors.
ProsGood pay, challenging patient population
ConsGood ol boy system, clicky teams, blatant racism
